Learn. Experience. Grow.

Your first two years at InfraBuild are designed to give you the experience, skills and support you need to build a strong start to your career.

Throughout the Graduate Development Program, you'll combine hands-on experience with structured learning, coaching and professional development. You'll learn from experienced people across the business, build your technical and commercial capability and connect with graduates from across InfraBuild.

You'll have support along the way, but you'll also be encouraged to take ownership of your development, seek out opportunities and build a career that's uniquely your own.

What your development looks like.

People in your corner

Real work. Real experience.

Build your skills by putting what you've learned into practice.

You'll work on meaningful projects relevant to your discipline, with opportunities to gain experience across different teams and parts of the business.

Depending on your role, this may include rotational placements that broaden your experience and understanding of InfraBuild.

Know how you're progressing.

Regular feedback helps you understand what's going well, where you can grow and what to focus on next.

You'll set goals with your manager and have regular coaching and development conversations throughout the program, helping you take ownership of your progress.

What happens after the program?

Your two years are designed to prepare you for the next stage of your career.

Graduates who successfully complete the program and meet InfraBuild's performance, potential and behavioural expectations may be considered for available permanent roles across the business.

We'll work with eligible graduates to identify suitable opportunities, subject to business requirements and available roles.
