Vacation Students will start in November/December of the same year whilst Graduates will start the following year in January/February.

Online Testing consists of Video Interview and Psychometric Assessments which includes Numerical, Verbal and Inductive reasoning, and an Occupational Personality Questionnaire.

Academic results are important, and a credit average is desirable. However, we look for more than academic results. We also look for relevant work experience (no more than two years in your selected discipline) and professional and personal abilities such as teamwork, good communication skills and initiative. The graduates who do well with us enjoy solving problems and get stuck into real work. They’re excited by taking ownership of projects and outcomes and are keen to offer ideas and input.

We have a 70:20:10 approach to developing our graduates.
- 70% of development happens ‘on the job’ – your work will challenge you to learn new skills and put theory into practice.
- 20% is wider business exposure – opportunities offer the chance to network with peers & senior leaders.
- 10% is more formal development – as negotiated with your manager.
